Question 1

What is Piggles?

Accepted Answer

Business software for people who have a business to run. It is sixteen apps in one place: your website, selling, stock, suppliers, customers, messages, bookings, invoices, money, your team, campaigns and automations. They share one customer list, one catalog and one set of numbers.

Question 2

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Owners and small teams: salons, bakeries, garages, studios, shops, trades, suppliers and side businesses. If you sell, book, quote or invoice, and you are tired of paying for a separate tool for each, it is for you.

Question 3

Do I need to install anything?

Accepted Answer

No. Piggles works in the browser on a computer, a tablet or a phone. There is no app to download.

Question 4

Who makes it?

Accepted Answer

WizeWorks LLC, a software company in Visalia, California. The agreement you make when you sign up is with WizeWorks.

Question 5

How much is it?

Accepted Answer

$99 a month, with every app included. There are no tiers and no app costs extra. Your bill only changes if you add room: another location, another team member, more storage, more email sends or more customer records.

Question 6

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Yes. 14 days, with no card needed. If you decide not to carry on, nothing happens and there is nothing to cancel.

Question 7

Does Piggles take a fee on my sales?

Accepted Answer

No. Piggles adds nothing to a sale. The payment company you connect charges its own card fee, the same as it would anywhere.

Question 8

What happens if I reach a limit?

Accepted Answer

Nothing you already have is touched. You get a notice as you approach it and the option to add room in one tap, with the price on the button. If you do nothing, only new additions of that one kind pause. Your site stays up and order emails keep going out.

Question 9

What if I run two businesses?

Accepted Answer

Each business is its own subscription, with its own website, customers and money kept completely apart.

Question 10

Can I take card payments in person?

Accepted Answer

Piggles has no card reader of its own. You can record a counter sale as an order, and if you use a Square reader you can keep it. Online and on invoices, customers pay through the payment company you connect.

Question 11

Is Piggles accounting software?

Accepted Answer

Partly. Money is light bookkeeping: your profit and loss, spending by category, recurring costs, bills to pay, money customers owe you, and profit per job. Your spending downloads as a spreadsheet with your accountant’s account codes. It is not a full ledger: there is no chart of accounts, no bank matching and no tax returns, and it does not sync with QuickBooks or Xero. Keep your accountant’s software for the books.

Question 12

Does it do payroll?

Accepted Answer

No. My Team records clock-ins, timesheets and time off, and a period’s approved hours download as a file for whoever runs your payroll.

Question 13

Does it send text messages?

Accepted Answer

No. Messages sends email and runs live chat on your website.

Question 14

Can I sell on Amazon, eBay or Etsy through Piggles?

Accepted Answer

No. Piggles sells on your own website, over the counter and on trade accounts.

Question 15

Can I use my own domain?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with its security certificate included. Your email can come from an address at your domain too.

Question 16

Can I bring my records from my old software?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Move in reads the exports from Shopify, Square, Wix, Squarespace, WordPress, HubSpot and more than a dozen others, or any spreadsheet. You see what will happen to every row before anything is saved.

Question 17

Do I have to stop using my old software first?

Accepted Answer

No. Moving in reads a copy and changes nothing on the old platform. Run both while you decide.

Question 18

Can I take my data with me if I leave?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Customers, products, stock, orders, invoices, bookings and articles each download as a spreadsheet from the list they live on, whenever you like. You do not have to ask.

Question 19

Do you use my business data to train AI?

Accepted Answer

No. Not to train a model, not to improve a shared assistant, not anonymized. Any AI feature runs on an account you connect yourself.

Question 20

Is my data kept apart from other businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes, at the database itself, and it is encrypted in transit and at rest. The details are on the trust page.

Question 21

Can I talk to a person?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Write to us from the contact page and a person answers, not a bot.

Question 22

How do I know if Piggles is working right now?

Accepted Answer

The status page checks each part of Piggles the moment you open it and shows whether it answered.
